Our vision is to transform 63 New Bond Street, a prominent corner site on one of the world’s leading retail streets, into a harmonious development accommodating world-class retail and office space, while respecting and enhancing its historic heritage and setting.

Set in the heart of the Mayfair conservation area with excellent public transport links, our plans will seek to enhance the local streetscape using best practice low carbon construction techniques.

Our plans will be based upon sustainable design principles and ambitions, as we seek to revitalise this important section of New Bond Street and contribute to Westminster City Council’s and the Neighbourhood Forum’s plans for the future of the West End shopping district and International Centre.

Our emerging ideas will see:

The retention of the historic facades and as much of the existing structure as possible in line with a ‘retrofit first’ approach and our sustainable design priorities

New world-class retail space at lower levels and Grade A office accommodation at the upper levels

A new highly sustainable building in both embodied and operational carbon, which adopts circular economy principles whereby new materials are introduced through extensions, partial redevelopment and deep retrofit that can be reused in the future

New employment, training and apprenticeship opportunities for Westminster residents

Landscaping and greening of the upper terracing and improvements to the public realm around the site
